All FCPP hard disk drives pass through strict quality control in accordance with the highest quality standards of Fujitsu products worldwide. From the inspection of incoming component parts to the rigorous product testing conducted on each hard disk drive, performance and reliability are repeatedly measured and verified under varying operating conditions.

The product test results are validated through Out of Box Audits (OBA) where products ready for shipment are re-checked and re-evaluated based on appearance, functionality, error rate and access time. The products are also subjected to On-going Reliability Tests (ORT) carried out by simulating the severest operating conditions under varying test modes to ensure product reliability.

FCPP's quest for higher quality does not end with the rigorous testing and random audits. FCPP aims to intensify customer satisfaction and improve the value of the Fujitsu brand by increasing employees' consciousness and commitment to continuous improvement through special Programs like the "Qfinity Program" which was dervied from Quality and Infinity or "infinite quality".
