Sr. Supervisor

Roles and Resposibilities:

• Responsible in the initial review of contracts / agreements taking into consideration the interest of FTCP and all legal implications to our operation, products, and services.
• Preparation of initial recommendations on how to improve the content of the contract to ensure that FTCP interest is protected.
• Responsible in the monitoring, recording, and updating of contracts.
  Ensuring that all contracts are traceable with proper receipt within FTCP responsible persons as well as the in-charge persons from the other party.
• Responsible in the monitoring, recording, and updating of compliance to contracts / agreements and all regulatory requirements applicable to FTCP.
• Responsible in conducting audit to determine compliance of the company to all contracts/agreements, regulatory, and other requirements.
• Ensure that proper corrective and preventive actions are carried out for those violations against contract/agreement, regulations, and other requirements.
• To act as liaison officer to pertinent government agencies in terms of submission of regulatory requirements, responding to legal queries, making clarification in verbal and written communications, and updating legal information relevant to FTCP.
• Responsible in the promotion, implementation of Corporate Behavior Guidelines and ensuring that the objectives are met and all concerned are complying.
• Responsible in the screening, investigation, and recommending resolutions to complaints raised against any FTCP officers and employees based on the Corporate Behavior Guidelines.
• Responsible in the verification of compliance to IT Policies and Guidelines.
• Lead person in the establishment of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects aligned with the requirements of our Corporate Behavior Guidelines.
