Technical Support Representatives
Job Description:
- Successful candidates will be providing technical support / problem resolution thru phone / email / chat.
- Should also build relationships quickly with customers and understand the dynamics of a global business environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months Call Center experience handling a Technical Support account, preferably with background in IT Products (specifically Hardware).
- Must be technically competent Must have completed at least 3 years of College education.
- Must be willing to work at night or on graveyard shift and shifting schedules.
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig .
All candidates must have the following additional qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong multi-national, multi-cultural experience and orientation.
- Customer focused
