Technical Support Representatives

Job Description:

  • Successful candidates will be providing technical support / problem resolution thru phone / email / chat.
  • Should also build relationships quickly with customers and understand the dynamics of a global business environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 6 months Call Center experience handling a Technical Support account, preferably with background in IT Products (specifically Hardware).
  • Must be technically competent Must have completed at least 3 years of College education.
  • Must be willing to work at night or on graveyard shift and shifting schedules.
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig .

All candidates must have the following additional qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Strong multi-national, multi-cultural experience and orientation.
  • Customer focused
