Technical Support for IT Operations
Qualifications:
- Must have strong working technical knowledge on Remedy.
- Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills with extensive experience gathering and presenting useful KPIs to different audience.
- Must have Data Center experience on disaster recovery activities, tape management, data center facilities management, data center asset management – purchase, repair and data center audit experience.
- Quality champion for project and ensure project team customer policies and procedures.
- Must have strong ITIL process skill sets to facilitate improvements and tracking using key performance targets.
