Technical Support for Informatica
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to provide support for performing the following functions for Informatica - Software installation and support - Problem determination/resolution - Adherence to internal standards and guidelines - Security management - Storage management and capacity planning - Backup/recovery/BCP (Business Continuity Plan) services
- Must have knowledge or familiarity with any of the following database drivers: - ODBC, Oracle, DB2, TCP/IP networking, COBOL, Storage Area Networking, Web site administration, UNIX and Perl Scripting, SQL and Windows terminal client.
