Technical Support for Client Computing
Qualifications:
- Must have expertise in PC hardware and handheld computers (Palm Pilot and iPaq).
- Must be knowledgeable in Standard Operating Environment implementation.
- Must have generalized knowledge of software purchasing and maintenance.
- Must have strong working technical knowledge on desktop operating systems (MS Windows-based), desktop productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Project, Visio), Symantec Anti-Virus.
- Must have knowledge in Windows domain logon script - Kix32 scripting language (knowledge of visual basic desirable).
- Must be a Microsoft Certified Professional
