Project Managers

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 8 years working experience handling IT Infrastrusture and application projects.
• Must have IT project management experience preferably with certification.
• Knowledgeable on ITIL v.3.0.
• Have strong documentation skills and expertise in handling escalated customer issues.
• Able to emulate processes and procedures specific to the customer and of ITIL framework.
• Strong multi-national, multi-cultural experience and orientation.
• Customer focused.
• Have done multiple projects in multiple locations, APAC or global level
