Problem Manager

Qualifications:

  • ITIL V.3 Knowledgeable (preferably with Foundation Level Certification) and experience in an ITIL implementation, particularly Incident Management and Problem Management.
  • Five (5) years of I.T. Infrastructure experience.

All candidates must have the following additional qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Strong multi-national, multi-cultural experience and orientation.
  • Customer focused
