Lead Tester

Job Description:

• Serve as OIC for the new testing department.
• Will initially help in completing the training materials for the testing bootcamp and would possibly train the pilot class.

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years solid experience in Functional testing and Testing tools.
• With good and solid understanding of the SDLC process.
• Should have strong leadership qualities and capable of training others.
• A background in client relations is a plus

Other Important Information:

• Good communication skills- oral and written.
