Training Officer
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology or Behavioral Science, Organization Development or Development Communication
- At least 2 years related work experience in the same capacity
- Knowledgeable in conducting Training Needs Analysis, designing and facilitating competency-based training
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Female, between 24-28 years old
