Our Microelectronics components are of the highest quality with industrial temperature range being our standard offering. The EMI/EMC performance of Fujitsu's devices is outstanding. This performance is further enhanced in many devices with the use of techniques such as internal voltage regulation, clock multiplication, and built-in clock modulation.
We offer a comprehensive range of 8/16/32 bit MCUs with various programming options such as mask, OTP, and Flash. Fujitsu's microcontrollers integrate many functions that are typically provided by external chips. Examples of such functionality include Controller Area Network (CAN), A/D, D/A, USB, stepper-motor controller, AC and DC motor driver controllers, and LCD controllers. We provide the development boards, software, and applications notes for our customers to rapidly prototype and characterise their designs.
In addition to MCU development systems our customers take advantage of integrated system solutions based on our ASSPs. Examples include set-top box for digital TV, Digital Video Recorder and Playback, CMOS Camera, ADSL/ATM communications boards and much more.
Fujitsu's ASIC offerings range from turnkey design to wafer fabrication service using its deep sub-micron CMOS process with a wide range of packaging options. Our range of IP cores includes mixed signal functionality, embedded memory, ARM and ARC, high speed I/O, and multimedia.
