Downloading the user manuals

Each corporateVision module has a separate user manual, consisting of a number of Microsoft Word 95 format documents. Each manual is held in one encrypted and password-protected Zip file. The Zip files can be downloaded without the password, but you must have a copy of WinZip and the password to extract the documents.

To download and extract:

1. Create a folder to hold each corporateVision module manual.     
2. Click on the appropriate icon below to download the Zip file.     
3. When the download is complete, double click on the file name (from Windows Explorer/File Manager) to start WinZip.     
4. In WinZip, click Options, then Password.     
5. Enter the password that Fujitsu has provided you with.    
6. Extract the Word files into the folder. They can then be accessed normally.

Note: If the password is wrong, the extract attempt will fail until you repeat from step 4 correctly.
