Fujitsu Integration Centre for Microsoft Windows 2000

Fujitsu and Microsoft in New Zealand have partnered to launch the Fujitsu Integration Centre for Windows 2000. The Centre combines networked hardware and software to facilitate the design, building and testing of solutions that deliver customers' e-services needs.

Fujitsu uses the Integration Centre to show customers a selection of multivendor product and service offerings relating to electronic business, security, platform technology and systems management. This helps them to understand integration issues and assists with their planning.

Customers can see a variety of products and design options demonstrated and prototyped to show how they would work in their own environments. This leads into detailed solution planning, creative design and integration into their current IT infrastructure. The solution is tested, usually piloted, and then deployed throughout the customer's organisation.

The Centre features equipment from leading vendors including Cisco, Proxim (via MPA), Wyse, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, IBM and Dell, along with the full range of Microsoft operating systems, Citrix thin client solutions and products from a range of application software vendors.
