Fujitsu Ranked Top in Customer Satisfaction in the Storage Category

Fujitsu has been awarded the first place in the storage category of the Nikkei Computer Customer Satisfaction Survey. The 2014 - 2015 results have been published by Japan's prominent information technology magazine on August 21st, 2014.
Fujitsu received a higher result than the overall average rating in 6 out of 8 criteria in both the “Product” and the “Service and Support” categories for
- Hardware performance and functionality
- Hardware reliability
- Ease of operation and management
- Installation Support
- Call response time
- Break fix
