A strategic objective of Elia’s IT managers is to enable the company's employees to focus on their core tasks. In order to accomplish this, Elia decided to deploy external expertise and resources for the dayto-day operation and support of the company’s storage infrastructure. A number of well-known IT service providers competed for the honors.
