Schedule the introduction of existing and/or new products - There is continuous process of updating and improving the existing product range through increasing the functionality of these equipment. At the same time there will be new products introduced owing to advancements in technology. FTA will liase with Fujitsu Japan to obtain the latest information on equipment with the latest technology.

Provide market information for product planning purpose - The customers will only benefit with these information and conduct better network planning on their network to cater for future expansions.

Design and implement systems for product promotion, e.g. exhibitions- FTA is actively participating in displaying our products to the market place. FTA took part in Telecom 21st Century Exhibition, October 1997. A wide spectrum of products were displayed ranging from the standard SDH products to Fujitsu’s ATM Broadband network for Wide Area Network applications.
