Faulty Card repair and replacements - Fujitsu has set up a system whereby faulty PCBs are exchanged at site, return to depot or Japan for repair. Those faulty PCBs under warranty are replaced with new ones and those out of warranty are returned to depot for repair.
Provide high level of customer engineering support via telephone or on-site visits - FTA’s highly trained customer support engineers are there at site to solve difficult engineering problems. They would be able to diagnose and rectify the problems remotely via telephone or on-site visit depending on the level of difficulty.
Checking for systems compliancy in the field, e.g. install new software upgrade - These engineers would go on-site to perform system updates like software upgrades and hardware/software modifications where necessary.
