The size of PCB is within the range of 60 x 100mm to 330 x 250mm and it is operable for the above machineries specifications. The assembly application is mixed assembly Type III that is capable of through hole component and SMT component. The type of auto mounting component for through hole are axial and radial, component lead of two to seven leads per component and component lead pitch ranges from 2.5 mm to 15.24 mm pitch.
The SMT line machine which is able to mount high-density placement of SMT component types, ranges within 1608 chips to 3216 chips, SOT23 transistor and tantalum and up to large square chip and elf parts.
The equipment used for assembly, testing and measuring are calibrated in line with our ISO 9002 status. The equipment list used are as per List of Factory Machinery. Material warehousing of raw material up to finished goods are properly stored in a equip racking and wide space. Procurement and outsourcing of materials is part of our services.
KUB-Fujitsu uses MRP II, a Manufacturing Control System for inventory management from the warehouse to manufacturing.
