Cable Assembly

Our facility is equipped with tools, machinery and jigs to produce cable / wire harness in the most efficient manner. We have cable cutting machines, cable testers including Cable Robotic Tester (model - SCT series) and Buzzer Test (multi-meter), ranges of jigs for connector’s type and equipment for soldering, crimping and wrapping.

The type of connectors assembling are FD, MFC, Metal Connector, ELCO - plastic type, Co-axial, Special J-term connector for communication cable and other plastic connectors. Our range of connector processes are crimping terminal, soldering terminal, pressing of terminal and wrapping of terminal.

We have five-cable assembly line - customize table and racking especially for the cable assembly work.
