Procurement Service offers a vendor independent approach with all major IT manufacturers (hardware, software, consumables). The service encompasses the entire process management from order to delivery.

• The scope of procurement services includes:
  
  • Order Processing
    Purchase order definition and treatment on a local and global basis, quick ordering means (telephone, faxes) and authorization levels.
  • Product Supply
    From ensuring stock availability and delivery to the Customer premises within identified time-scales to management of DOA (dead on arrival) recovery and product control against purchase orders.
  • Invoicing
    Central or local, according to agreed procedures.
  • Service Management
    Reporting on activity, products purchase status, issues or availability. When required, Fujitsu will organize for leasing options on certain hardware equipment type.
