- o The Automatic Document Feeder allows users to scan up to 50 images at one single pass and can even handle hard plastic cards.
- No more conventional U-shaped paper path! With the straight paper path, there’s easier maintenance and less document jam. Scanning of carbon paper/ payment vouchers will now be an ease!
- With Infrared multi feed detection (thickness & length), when 2 sheets of paper are being feed simultaneously into the ADF, scanning will stop to protect document integrity.
Superior Image Quality
- With two true 600 dpi optical resolution CCDs, it allows you to capture the intricate details of document that other scanners might miss.
- The selectable black background enables the use of document De-skew (straightening) and Auto-Cropping (for small/ mixed sizes) for better image accuracy. This switchable black background also enables high quality scanning of thin documents.
Option
- Imprinter unit simplifies document management by allowing document names/ codes to be printed on the scanned documents; mainly to confirm that document has been scanned.
- Image Processing Software removes noise & dirt for enhanced image quality.
Bundled Software (Twain/ ISIS)
- Adobe Acrobat Standard 6.0 – with OCR functions to create searchable PDF, so that documents can be retrieved using keyword search.
- ScandAll 21 allows you to scan to preview/ PDF/ email/ designated files in one seamless operation.
- Preview mode allows immediate display of scanned results. Settings can then be changed or saved to apply to a whole batch of documents.
