Our full range of services reflects our dedication to customer satisfaction. At AEMC, we offer first level support to users in Singapore and Malaysia, and second level support to users in other Asian countries. All calls received will be given 'ownership to resolution'. Our Customer Support team will monitor and report on the progress of the incident resolution. Committed to helping you get the most of your Fujitsu product, we are offering the following services:

Consulting
Our Consulting Engineers are available to provide consulting and training services.

Training
Training services will be provided upon request. At AEMC, Customers can choose to opt for classroom and on-site training, conducted by our qualified professionals.

Helpdesk
This service is available to users to help answer new user queries as well as to troubleshoot. A toll-free number is available for users who require services and assistance.

The Helpdesk service is available from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm daily, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
