Release of Controller LSI for In-Vehicle Information System Network IDB-1394

Singapore, November 17, 2005 – Fujitsu Microelectronics Asia Pte Ltd (FMAL) today announced the release of its new controller LSI MB88387. This product, for the first time in the industry, carries the physical and link layers conforming to the IEEE1394b-2002 standard and the copyright protection function conforming to the DTCP standard.

Fujitsu Releases Its Smallest Battery-Powered Thermal Printer/Cutter Mechanism

Singapore, October 17, 2005 – Fujitsu Components Asia Pte, Ltd., today released its smallest battery-driven thermal printer mechanism with an integrated guillotine cutter. Designed for handheld or fixed terminals, POS, medical equipment, and measuring instrumentation, the new printer is 20 percent smaller than its predecessor, the FTP-628MCL353.

Ultra-Silent, 10A Relay Provides High Insulation in a Small Package

Singapore, June 13, 2005 – Using a patented mechanical design, Fujitsu Components Asia, Limited today released a 10A power relay with a maximum noise level of 50dB for use in sophisticated consumer appliances, such as digital televisions. An internal U-shaped spring enables the relay’s low noise level even when mounted on a printed circuit board.

Fujitsu Announces New Highly Integrated WiMAX SoC, Assumes Industry Leadership in IEEE 802.16 Technology
