Alunan Persada Appointed as Fujitsu Malaysia’s SELECT Partner

Kuala Lumpur, January 18, 2010

Fujitsu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd has appointed another SELECT Partner, Alunan Persada Sdn Bhd (APSB), under its SELECT Partner Program. This new engagement positions Fujitsu’s line of servers and storage as APSB’s key infrastructure to integrate with their core solutions of network infrastructure and security.

APSB is one of the leading Bumiputra companies that have a strong and reputable presence since their incorporation 10 years ago. As a systems integrator, APSB is committed to offer only the best-of-breed solutions and services to their customers. The company has successfully implemented many significant network infrastructure and network security projects for leading telecommunication carriers and network service providers in Malaysia. Together with Fujitsu, APSB aims to achieve greater heights both in regional and internationally.

They have recently completed Fujitsu’s certified sales and presales training, both which are crucial elements to be appointed as a Fujitsu SELECT Partner. Some of the benefits of this partnership are account management, pre-sales support and joint-marketing activities.

“Today’s business success is about working in partnerships to provide the ease of IT needs for customers as well as gaining greater rewards. Fujitsu Malaysia and Alunan Persada have embarked on a business journey together long before Fujitsu SELECT Partner Program was introduced. Now, we are pleased to officially appoint them as our SELECT Partner,” said Adrian Loh, Fujitsu Malaysia’s Assistant Director of Enterprise Systems Technology.

KM Hoh, Consultant of Alunan Persada Sdn Bhd, said, “At APSB we pride ourselves on partnering only with market leaders and true innovators in their fields. As such the agreement we have put in place with Fujitsu is perfectly suited to providing our Malaysian customers with an enhanced suite of cutting-edge server and storage infrastructure solutions. Fujitsu solutions represent a leap in technical innovation, delivering excellent customer value and versatility, and unlocking advanced performance capabilities at keenly competitive prices. Together with Fujitsu (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, their product range and services allow us to ensure our customers benefit from proven IT infrastructure, e-Business know-how and ICT Convergence technologies.”

Under the new program, Fujitsu Malaysia will work closely with local partners to support these businesses to expand their customer base by supplying partners with state-of-the-art solutions.
