Network Consultant

Responsibilities :

1. Assist Account Managers in presales activities.
2. Assist Account Managers in identifying and qualifying solution sales opportunity.
3. Develop & maintain good business relationship with key customers.
4. To ensure timely, effective and accurate quotations.
5. To be able to prepare and perform effective solution presentations to customers.
6. To perform support services in the multi-vendor Data networking environment.
7. Study, analyze and optimize customer networks, and provide recommendations.
8. Provide on-going daily network support and services to contractual and non-contractual customers.
9. Assist in establishes support and services implementation plan for network support.
10. Implementation and deployment of network infrastructure.

Requirements:

1. CISCO certified such as CCNP, CCDP.
2. At least 5 years experience in networking field.
3. Self confident and motivated.
4. Able to work independently.
5. Strong interpersonal skill.
6. Able to speak, read and write good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
7. Customer-oriented with good communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to perform under pressure and highly motivated.
9. Must have hands on experience particularly on Cisco products.
10. Have strong fundamental and experience in networking technologies.
11. Excellent customer service skill, attitude and analytical skill.
12. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields.
13. Good knowledge in multi-vendor PC/Server/networking equipment environment.
14. Willing to work on odd hours.
