Finance Lease
A Finance Lease is an agreement between the ‘owner’ of the equipment, the Lessor and the ‘user’, the Lessee. All costs, such as hardware, software, installation, training, services etc., can be included in the agreement. The lessee is responsible for maintaining and insuring the equipment but you can, of course purchase service packs and services contracts either directly from Fujitsu or one of our partners.
Lease Purchase
A Lease Purchase is an agreement between the ‘owner’ of the equipment, the Lessor and the ‘user’, the Lessee. Technology Refresh
Technology Refresh is an exchange solution which allows the Lessee to ‘swap’ a pre-defined percentage of the original equipment on lease for the latest Fujitsu technology. By regularly exchanging the leased equipment Lessees can keep up with their ever changing business needs from their technology, as well as eliminating the need to dispose of any obsolete equipment.
