Fujitsu Component Launches Small and Low-Profile 4-inch Thermal Printer Mechanisms

Fujitsu Component Limited (Head office: Tokyo Japan, President Hiroaki Kondo) has added 4-inch thermal printer mechanisms to its compact and high-speed series, the FTP-60GMCL and FTP-60HCML, in August 2017.

The FUJITSU Component Thermal Printer FTP-60GMCL and FTP-60HMCL series are low- profile and high-speed printer mechanisms for use in equipment such as POS, KIOSK, ticketing machines, measurement/medical machines etc. Its unique design optimizes motor placement and contribute to the downsizing of such equipment.

4-inch printers added to the series are:
FTP-64GMCL153: 24V driven, maximum printing speed 200mm/sec.
FTP-64HMCL153: Battery driven, maximum printing speed 100mm/sec.

The printers are 144.6(W)×29.1(H)×42.5(D)mm and feature an open platen design for easy paper loading . The straight paper path mechanism allows printing on 60 to 150 micro-meter thick paper, including label paper.
