Ron Charow

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Ron Charow manages Fujitsu Consulting critical back-office functions as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), responsible for finance, administration, IT and legal affairs, and is directly involved in developing and executing the company’s overall business strategy.

Mr. Charow joined Fujitsu Consulting as CFO of the Canadian division in 1998, previously serving as corporate officer and controller for Westburne Inc., a major public company with sales of more than $2.5 billion across North America. With the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Charow specialized in banking and treasury, also managing the worldwide audit of Royal Bank—Canada’s largest financial institution—in addition to other major public company accounts. Mr. Charow has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and completed more than twenty such transactions with Westburne Inc., and many more on behalf of clients while in public practice with Deloitte and Touche.

Mr. Charow holds a Masters degree in Public Accounting from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University, both in Montreal, Canada. He holds the title of Chartered Accountant and has lectured extensively in the graduate program of McGill University on topics ranging from financial reporting to financial engineering.
