Due to the rapid business growth, now Fujitsu Indonesia is looking for experienced professional as well as fresh-graduate student from technical and electronic field to fulfill the below positions:

ACCOUNT MANAGER

    As an Account Manager you will be responsible in driving the business and increasing Fujitsu shared of wallet in the assigned territory or vertical industry. Your responsibility will include creating and maintaining close relationship with customers, generating demands / projects, creating and managing account and opportunities plan, working for solution proposal as well as achieving target / quota assigned.

    You will work closely with Fujitsu strong Technology Consultants and Product Managers internally. You will also partnering with Fujitsu Business Partner in creating opportunity and in delivering products, services and solutions.

    A. ACCOUNT MANAGER for JAPANESE ORIGINATED COMPANIES (JOC)

    B. ACCOUNT MANAGER for SMALL-MEDIUM ENTERPRISE (SME)

    To be successful in those role, you must at least having 3 (three) experience in account management, especially with the mentioned vertical industries: for position A, you need to have experiences in managing Japanese clients / accounts, for position B, at least you have 2 (two) experience area either in manufacturing, transportation, health, education or retail industries; fluent in English; if you are Japanese spoken, it will be an advantage for Account Manager in the Japanese Originated Company (JOC) accounts. You must also having strong background knowledge of IT-Telecommunication products and solutions, understand sales and marketing principles and also good in networking.

    SERVICES SALES SPECIALIST

    You will be driving a specific line of services business portfolio, working closely with Account Managers as well as the business owner / services specialist, to ensure business grow in the area of responsibility. This will be include creating opportunity and maintaining close relationship with customers, generating demands / projects, creating opportunities plan, working for solution proposal as well as achieving target / quota assigned.

    You will work closely with other Technology Consultants or Services Business Owners internally. But you may also engaged with Fujitsu Alliances and Business Partner in creating opportunities and delivering services and solutions.

    A. SERVICES SALES SPECIALIST for NETWORK SERVICES

    B. SERVICES SALES SPECIALIST for ORACLE, INFRASTRUCTURE-INTEGRATION SERVICES

    To be successful in those role, you must at least having 3 (three) experience in doing a business development specific for services and solutions, for position A, you understand Cisco business, building automation and other Network Services related business. While for the position B, you must have SUN-Oracle business experiences and you are also familiar with infrastructure and integration services

    MANAGER FOR ENTERPRISE SERVICES BUSINESS

    This is a manager role and under your responsibilities you will have two main area, first is leading and managing maintenance support for UNIX Business as well as managing project delivery; second you will also responsible in growing the UNIX Business by working closely with Sales Specialist or Client Sales / Account Managers in generating new services business opportunities. As a manager for enterprise services business, you will be also responsible in developing your team members in the area of SUN or Oracle Services.

    To be successful, you must holding an IT related educational background (Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering) and you have at least 5 years’ experience in related field as well as supervising people. Your business skill is also critical for this role, therefore you must have experienced in driving a services business. Technically you must be having technical knowledge on UNIX, SUN and ORACLE Services.

    SENIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER

    We are looking for a Senior System Engineer which part of his / her responsibility is managing Fujitsu multi-platform IT solution including but not limited to project delivery, performing maintenance services and installation, troubleshooting, and fixing problem. The role will also covering pre-sales activities, being part of a larger team in developing the project design and proposal for Fujitsu’s customer.

    You will be working closely with other internal technical team members, Account Manager as well as other support team and may also liaise external Services Provider / Partners in delivering projects.

    As this is a senior system engineer, you must be experienced in IT Post-sales field with minimum 3 years in the job. You must having technical skills as many as possible in the following area i.e. HW & OS for Server & Storage, IT Security, Virtualization, Windows Environment and Linux, and also understand VMware ESXi, Redhat, SLES/RHL, Ubuntu, Brocade SAN Switch, Data Replication, Disk to Disk Copy, SAP Cluster and RAID. Proficient in English both oral and written. Work requires travel to meeting, site visits, inspection and willingness to work a flexible schedule is a must.
