Fujitsu Indonesia Kicked-off its first Fujitsu Technology Day 2012 – "Reshaping IT"

Customers can improve their business performance by reshaping IT with new innovative platform solutions.

Fujitsu, a leading provider of business, information technology and communications solutions, today kicked-off its first Fujitsu Technology Day 2012 at Mulia Hotel, Jakarta. With the theme "Reshaping IT", this full day event sets out to help companies gain new insights into the changing role of technology in improving business performance. At the event, Fujitsu also announced new platform solutions which will help customers shape their IT to be more agile and flexible to cope with the new business dynamics.

Topics discussed at the event covered building a cloud datacenter, virtualization, improving resource provisioning and putting data protection for managing data growth. Other highlights include a solution showcase from Fujitsu and its partners. Attendees had the opportunity to experience how the datacenter and other imaging products will change the workplace.

New innovative platform solutions launched at the event include:

  • Server PRIMERGY CX400 S1: equipped with multi-node cloud extension, the cost-effective and energy efficient server has the capability to support private cloud, high-performance computing (HPC) and large-scale virtualization.
  • Server PRIMERGY S7: designed to meet the new standards in terms of usability, scalability and cost efficiency, the server has the capability to perform variety of IT needs with a faster return on investment.
  • System storage ETERNUS DX: is a high performance and energy efficient storage solution from Fujitsu which supports most cloud implementations.
  • ServerView ROR Cloud Edition: software that manages IT resources and cloud services to accelerate time-to-market of IT services, improve high availability and reliability of the entire infrastructure while providing protection to IT continuity.
