Neckarsulm, Germany, April 25, 2013 Automation technology specialists Pilz have tasked TDS with the maintenance of their SAP licenses. For the term of the contract, the full-service IT provider will deliver reliable support for the resolution of technical incidents and problems with SAP software. Around 600 Pilz users around the world leverage SAP ERP modules for production planning, financial accounting, controlling, materials management, and sales and distribution. Moreover, Pilz will benefit from the high quality of service that TDS offers as a certified SAP partner.
When Pilz singled out TDS as the most suitable partner for their SAP licensing maintenance requirements, the provider’s SAP expertise and the quality of its Customer Support Center were the deciding factors. “Our TDS contacts understand our system and requirements, and provide our users with expert support”, states Pilz CIO Jörg Stubbe. TDS’s high quality of service has also received SAP’s official seal of approval in the shape of SAP Partner Center of Expertise certification. This confirms that TDS meets all requirements for the provision of high-quality support for SAP ERP and SAP Business All-in-One. TDS was one of the first SAP partners to achieve this certification, following a successful audit in 2010.
“Expert maintenance ensures that software runs smoothly. When it comes to license maintenance, we achieve the high standards SAP expects of its IT service partners around the world,” says Armin Daubmann, director of SAP consulting at TDS. “We have an experienced team of experts with a broad skill-set. They are highly knowledgeable of each and every component of highly customer-specific SAP systems, and have deep insight into a variety of industries. We make these deep and broad skills available to a wide variety of customers in a flexible, responsive manner.”
