As soon as we receive an authorized request for service, we readily dispatch a technical crew to manage and provide diagnosis, repair and maintenance to multi-vendor hardware components of your IT infrastructure under the hardware and infrastructure maintenance service. The service information is incorporated into the Helpdesk system and Asset Management system, where applicable.
