The widely-popular LifeBook S series model retains its irresistible sleekness and style, weighing well below 2kg for true mobility. The lean 13.3-inch LifeBook S6310 and S6311 are fitted with sturdy magnesium-alloy casings to ensure a perfect combination of performance and aesthetic. Targeted at the corporate segment, LifeBook S6310 feature an unwavering set of security and connectivity features, while LifeBook S6311 is equipped with SuperFine XGA TFT screen to cater to consumers who take pleasure in larger-than-life multimedia experiences. Worthy to mention, with improved power management on LifeBook S6310 and S6311, battery life can now last up to an astonishing 10 hours^, greatly enhancing mobile productivity.

Designed with home, SOHO users and mobile professionals in mind, both LifeBook S6310 and S6311 come laden with a wealth of indispensable features. The built-in VoIP calls functions and a built-in microphone for effortless Internet phone allows superior performance in reception with an immune microphone system to noise and interferences. Other features include comprehensive multimedia functions and naturally the latest Dual Layer DVD Super Multi-Writer optical drive to store up to 8.5G of information whenever required.

Following the launch of the LifeBook A series, the upcoming LifeBook A6010 retains the qualities which make the series the best fit for corporate, home office and value-conscious consumers. The brilliant 15.4-inch SuperFine LCD display has the capability to reproduce true-to-live images, so you can relive fond memories while looking through photographs or lose yourself in the captivating plot of the latest Hollywood blockbuster. It is also perfect for powering through presentations, documents, spreadsheets and more, which hardly comes as a surprise considering the visually-pleasing high brightness of 300nits and high contrast of 350:1.

Understanding that life is a balance between work, play and more, Fujitsu has ensured the LifeBook A6010 exceeds the connectivity requirements of business and home users. It features three USB 2.0 ports, an IEEE 1394 port, RJ45 LAN port, RJ11 Modem port, Mic-in, Headphone-out, SD / Memory Stick® / xD connectivity and a range of video viewing options for smooth connectivity to multimedia peripherals including projectors and flat screen TVs.

To prevent unnecessary and potentially expensive data loss, we have incorporated the three-dimensional Fujitsu shock sensor utility (SSU) to the LifeBook S and A series’ models highlighted above. Upon detection of imminent impact, the read-write head is automatically safely parked, thereby eliminating the chance of it impacting and damaging the spinning hard disk plate. Besides this, it also toughens security as sudden movements will trigger an automatic Windows® screen lock. In addition, all above-mentioned models are Window VistaTM capable, so when the highly anticipated operating system is launched, users can easily carry out an upgrade to enjoy enhanced features and interface. This will make both express performance and improved interface more readily available to our customer.
