Hong Kong, December 1, 2004 — Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific has launched the ultimate companion for corporate road-warriors - the LifeBook T4010, a convertible notebook that easily transforms to a tablet PC with its swivel-hinged 12.1 inch display, LifeBook S6230, a wireless-capable notebook with multi-layer security features and LifeBook S7010, which offers high-end functionality for corporate professionals, enhanced with AuthenTec TruePrint™ Technology.

The latest addition to Fujitsu's convertible tablet PC family, the LifeBook T4010 retains the elegant and sophisticated design of its predecessor, but with improved ergonomics and a new outlook. The T4010's ergonomically rounded edges make it more comfortable to hold and grip. Ultra-portable, the T4010 weighs less than 2 kilomgrams and with its cool black casing, it's the perfect companion for the highly mobile professional.

In contrast to most tablet PCs, the LifeBook T4010 has a built-in Combo drive allowing users to read and write CDs on the go. In addition, users can easily upgrade to a hot swappable DVD Super Multi Drive. Powered by Intel® Centrino™ mobile technology and the latest Intel® PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection, the T4010 connects effortlessly to wireless networks allowing faster access to data. Equipped with extensive hard disk storage, which is protected by shock absorbers, the T4010 is designed for use both inside and outside the office.

The LifeBook T4010's wide-angle screen makes it easier to view from various angles. The T4010 also features comprehensive connectivity, including multiple USB ports, modem access and network connections. The latest notebooks in their award-winning S series - LifeBook S6230 and S7010 offer mobile executives high-end functionality with a polished and slim form factor. Designed for style-conscious executives, the LifeBook S7010, initially introduced earlier this year, with 14-inch XGA TFT LCD, has been enhanced with the latest Intel® technology, increased memory capabilities and equipped with fingerprint recognition technology for greater security. Gone were the days of remembering multiple passwords, as a swipe of a finger is all its takes for instant access to confidential files and data. Confidential files and folders can now be encrypted with your fingerprint to prevent unauthorized data access. The fingerprint sensor also acts as a scrolling device that allows users to navigate conveniently.

With an impressive 13.3-inch XGA display, a DVD/CD-RW Combo drive and powered by Intel® Centrino™ Mobile Technology, the LifeBook S6230 is equipped with Intel® PRO/Wireless 2200BG network connectivity that improves network access speed and delivers an enhanced mobile computing experience.
