Job Title Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Support End-Users and answer user enquiries
  • Handle the user enquiry, support face to face
  • Provide second-level Microsoft Exchange or O365, iOS, Android, business productivity tools consulting and support
  • Provide second-level daily support on both desktop hardware & software problems
  • Provide IT support to multiple clients and sites, when required
  • Installation of new mobile device, MFP, PC hardware and software
  • Re-configuration of PC HW, MFP and SW due to office relocation
  • Support Data Center Operation including experience rack and mount the servers whenever required
  • Provide VPN client and network access support
  • Support and maintenance of Microsoft Server and Network Support
  • Provide support on level 2 windows servers and basic networks
  • Assisting users by providing training and clarification of problems on critical issue
  • Provide BCP support, IT product evaluation and PC image build
  • Support VIP whenever required
Requirements
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • With minimum 3 years Desktop support and minimum 1 year DC Operations support
  • University Graduate in Computer Engineering/Computer Studies/Diploma or related discipline
  • IT certifications is a plus
  • Willing to support multiple clients at various sites when necessary
  • Customer Service Oriented
