Responsibilities |
- Support End-Users and answer user enquiries
- Handle the user enquiry, support face to face
- Provide second-level Microsoft Exchange or O365, iOS, Android, business productivity tools consulting and support
- Provide second-level daily support on both desktop hardware & software problems
- Provide IT support to multiple clients and sites, when required
- Installation of new mobile device, MFP, PC hardware and software
- Re-configuration of PC HW, MFP and SW due to office relocation
- Support Data Center Operation including experience rack and mount the servers whenever required
- Provide VPN client and network access support
- Support and maintenance of Microsoft Server and Network Support
- Provide support on level 2 windows servers and basic networks
- Assisting users by providing training and clarification of problems on critical issue
- Provide BCP support, IT product evaluation and PC image build
- Support VIP whenever required

Requirements |
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
- With minimum 3 years Desktop support and minimum 1 year DC Operations support
- University Graduate in Computer Engineering/Computer Studies/Diploma or related discipline
- IT certifications is a plus
- Willing to support multiple clients at various sites when necessary
- Customer Service Oriented
