Senior Sales Operation Officer

Job Title Senior Sales Operation Officer
  • Collect, analyze and interpret sales data, leveraging existing data sources and tools for Sales/Finance Team summarizing key trends and market opportunities
  • Provide support to Sales and Services Teams for customer data analysis, sales forecast, order review etc.
  • Provide support for sales target formulation and review. In charge of the sales target achievement measurement process and manage the relevant inquiry
  • Provide an effective communication with internal business partners on service quality commitment and operational support
  • Design ad-hoc reports based on available data/metrics to support sales initiatives
  • Degree in Business or Finance any related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ relevant solid experience business analysis or sales operations
  • Solid experience of dealing with sales personnel at all levels on service delivery matters
  • Good organizing skill, self-confident, initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to present data in logical concise manner
  • Motivated and results driven to aggressive timelines
  • Excellent analytical and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (especially in Excel and Powerpoint)
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
