Sales Administrator (Imaging Business)

Job Title: Sales Administrator
The Job:
  • Work closely in sales team to achieve the sales target
  • Provide sales supportive tasks, such as verification & update of database, sales quotation, purchasing order and report generation
  • Collect and analyse market information to enhance company's competitiveness
  • Coordinate and support our distributors for all sales related activities
  • Work in close coordination with internal and external parties to meet customer needs and requirements
The Requirements:
  • Degree holder of Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years working experience, relevant work experience would be highly preferred
  • Positive, detailed minded with good analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
