Deskside Engineer (1-year renewable contract)

Job Title:		Deskside Engineer
The Job:		The successful candidate will provide daily desktop service support (both software and hardware) in our customer office.
The Requirements:		Diploma holder or above in Computer Science / Information Systems or related disciplines Minimum 2 years' relevant IT support/ helpdesk experience, especially working in banking environment would be a definite advantage Solid PC support experience, hardware/software installation Familiar with Microsoft Applications such as MS Office, Exchange email, basic networking support Knowledge on financial application, i.e. Bloomberg & Reuters is highly preferred Holder of MCP / MCSE is preferred Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
