| Responsibilities |
- Lead system design, development and maintenance of enterprise systems and applications
- Provide root cause analysis for incidents and develop solutions to minimize potential risks
- Full conversion, creation, alignment, traceability and successful mapping requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Communicate with end users to manage expectations
- Ensure the development of all solution components meets requirements and complies with the standards
- Monitor the performance of team members and offshore vendors to ensure products are delivered according to schedule and with high quality
- Keep abreast of the corporate strategy, business plan and latest industry trends

| Requirements |
- Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ experience in application development and maintenance and with at least 2 years in the role of SA
- Possess technical knowledge in Web application using J2EE technology, using Application Server, such as WebLogic, Websphere, JBoss or Tomcat
- Good problem solving skills, able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less work experience would be considered as an Analyst Programmer
