Client Delivery Manager

Job Title: Client Delivery Manager
The Job: Space
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Customer Relationship team, with a strong focus on fostering and deepening relationships with customers to enhance their experience
  • Assist the deal pursuit to provide the service solution and write up
  • Focus in the account P&L and develop same account growth strategy and plan
  • Demonstrate a tract record in service management on delivery quality and operation
  • Entails formulating strategies, setting issues and handling customer requests and enquiries
  • Provide quality services and solutions to customers and satisfy their changing needs
  • Maintain long-term relationship with customers
The Requirements:
  • Degree or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in IT industry on business development of managed services
  • Customer oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency on both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
