| Responsibilities |
The successful candidate will provide on-site support to our sizable MNC and responsible for providing daily operational support in the customer’s data center.
- Perform and ensure smooth running of all aspects of IT systems
- Carry out data center monitoring, operational and administrative tasks according to established procedures, practices and service pledges
- Identify operation faults
- Input received incident/request into logging system

| Requirements |
- Diploma holder or above in Computing Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in data center operation or system administration
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Windows Servers is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Willing to work on shift duties
