Japan is facing numerous challenges of aging society as the number of people aged 65 and over now comprises about 24% of its total population.
Dr Muto was moved by the elderly people in one of the earthquake disaster areas, Ishinomaki where those challenges quickly surfaced.
It is the story of a doctor who is trying to build a community platform to support elderly people with private companies, NPOs and home clinics.
