Download and installation

Be sure you log into Windows® as a user with administrator privileges.

1. Download Error Recovery Guide Version 4.3.0.2 (FER4302X3.exe) onto your hard drive.
2. After downloading, make sure you have enough free disk space (at least more than twice the download file size) for installing the programs.
3. Quit any other applications that are running on your computer.
4. Execute "FER4302X3.exe" that you downloaded in step 1. This creates a folder called "Disk1" in the same folder where the program is stored.
5. Double-click the Setup.exe file in the Disk1 folder to start the software installation.
