A. Maintenance
Our HDDs require no preventive maintenance by customers. Customers are requested not to open or attempt to repair these HDDs.
B. Repair
If your HDD requires repair, please contact a local distributor, reseller or Fujitsu sales office. Fujitsu will not guarantee
any HDD that is repaired by a customer or a third party.
A seal is affixed to each DE cover. Any HDD with this seal removed is no longer guaranteed.
When you return a faulty HDD to us, please include detailed information about what is not operating correctly.

or Fujitsu sales office.
