A. Where can I get service and support for Fujitsu products?

You should contact the nearest distributor in your local area. If more specific information is required, please contact a Fujitsu Sales and Support Office in your area.
We have also On-line Support capability on CompuServe where you will be served by the Fujitsu Forum staff.

B. Where can I get Warranty services?

The distributor or retailer who deals with your drive is responsible for the warranty services, and any claims related to warranty issue should be handled between the distributor or retailer and end users. Fujitsu Japan gives their warranty only to the drives sold under a purchasing contract directly with Fujitsu Japan.

C. Where can I get repair services?

Please try to contact the distributor or retailer who sold you the drive. If more specific service is required, please contact Fujitsu Sales and Support Offices in your local area.

D. Will Fujitsu save the data on my drive before the repair work?

Fujitsu does not perform data backups or data retrieval. Please make use of data retrieval service providers at your own charge.

E. Can I buy parts directly from Fujitsu?

No. Fujitsu does not sell any parts, including printed circuit boards, assemblies or other components. Moreover, the hard disk drive is considered as a single unit, and cannot be repaired from parts.
