You agree not to modify, adapt, or create derivative works of The Program, or disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer The Program or any portions thereof. - OWNERSHIP OF THE PROGRAM AND COPIES
The Program and related documentation are copyrighted works of authorship. FUJITSU retains the ownership of The Program and all subsequent copies of The Program, regardless of the form in which the copies may exist. You must cause all copyright or other proprietary rights notices contained in or affixed to the Program and related documentation to be reproduced or applied, as applicable, and maintained on any copy of The Program and on the medium containing The Program - LIMITED WARRANTIES
You expressly acknowledge and agree that The Program and related documentation are provided "AS IS" without a warranty of any kind.
ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY INPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
