Software Known issue
ScanSnap Manager The ScanSnap tray icon remains crossed out (unavailable) even when the ScanSnap cover is opened to turn on the scanner.
The scanner may not be recognized by the PC when the user logs in after the Windows® 7 login window was left displaying for a few minutes.
The scanner may not be recognized by the PC and the ScanSnap tray icon remains crossed out (unavailable) when the user logs in as a Guest user.
ScanSnap Organizer Acrobat does not start up even when the Acrobat search function is executed.
[PDF automatic conversion] will not work.
