When setting up your scanner -QA2-

Q2. "ScanSnap" is not listed as a TWAIN source in the application software I use. Why ?

A2. Since ScanSnap does not support TWAIN, it cannot be used as a TWAIN source.

ScanSnap cannot use any application software, other than "CardMinder", which comes included. Use one of the following procedures to scan with ScanSnap:

  1. Press the "scan" button on your fi-5110EOX's operation panel.
  2. Right-click the "ScanSnap Monitor" icon located in the task tray and click the "scan" button.
