Contracted Services
- Periodic Maintenance Service
Preventative maintenance is performed once a year. If trouble occurs, a serviceperson visits the customer to fix it. - Fixed Price Maintenance Service
If trouble occurs, a serviceperson visits the customer to fix it.
Spot Services
- If trouble occurs with a product, the user contacts a service location and a field support engineer is dispatched to fix it.
