Trouble shooting -Scanning QA9-

Q9. Duplex scanning with Adobe products (Acrobat etc.) creates the incorrect order images.

A9. When scanning from Adobe products, please make sure that the simplex scanning is designated in Acrobat setting.

The duplex setting in Adobe products is used when scanning duplex documents by simplex scanners.
